About Video Wall Installation Boston MA —
Our Crew, Standards & Approach

Video Wall Installation Boston MA is a commercial AV crew that plans, mounts and calibrates LED and seamless LCD video walls for offices, campuses, hospitals, labs and venues across the city. We focus on the hard parts of the job: old walls, busy buildings and getting dozens of panels to read as one clean image.

Every wall we hand over is level, aligned at the seams and color-matched across the full array.

Who we are

We’re a Boston-based installation team built around one specialty: large-format commercial displays. Video walls are our core work, and around them we handle the digital signage, conference room AV, projection, cabling and control systems that usually come with them.

Boston is a demanding place to hang a display wall. The same week can take us from a 19th-century brick office in Back Bay to a poured-concrete floor in the Financial District and a steel-stud build-out in the Seaport. Each one needs a different anchoring method, a different cable path and a different conversation with building management. We started this company because too many walls were going up on guesswork, and we wanted a crew that treats the structure, the logistics and the calibration as seriously as the screens.

Our focus is commercial. We don’t take on home theater or smart-home projects, which lets us stay sharp on the things business clients care about: uptime, clean documentation and installs that don’t disrupt the people working around us.

The standards behind every install

A video wall is only as good as the work you can’t see. These are the commitments our crews bring to every project, large or small.

We check the wall first

Plaster can hide crumbling brick, and drywall can hide studs that won’t carry 300 pounds of panels. We confirm the structure and add steel or plywood backing where the load calls for it before a single bracket goes up.

We respect your building

Managed towers have rules about after-hours work, freight elevators and insurance certificates. We plan around them up front so your floor stays usable and your property manager stays happy.

We measure, not eyeball

Seams are trued to about ±0.5 mm on LCD and ±0.2 mm on fine-pitch LED, and brightness and white point are calibrated across the whole array so it reads as one image.

We leave it documented

Every cable is labeled, every layout preset is saved, and you get as-built documentation and a walkthrough so your staff can run the wall without calling us.

How a project runs with us

From the first call to handover, you’ll know what’s happening and when.

  1. Site walk-throughWe look at the wall, the viewing distances, the light coming through the windows and the building’s access rules.
  2. Design and quoteWe recommend LED or LCD, size the array, plan power and cabling, and give you a clear, itemized quote.
  3. Wall prep and cablingStructural backing, low-voltage, Cat6 and fiber runs go in, coordinated with your electrician for dedicated circuits.
  4. Mounting and alignmentFrames are leveled, panels are hung and fine-tuned on micro-adjusters until the seams line up.
  5. Configuration and handoverWe program the processor, calibrate color and brightness, train your team and hand over documentation.
