Video Wall & AV Services in Boston MA — Install, Integrate & Maintain

Video Wall & AV Services in
Boston MA —
Install, Integrate & Maintain

Our Video Wall Installation Boston MA crews do far more than hang screens. We plan, install and support the signage, control room, conferencing, cabling and projection systems that surround a display wall, then keep the whole setup running for years after handover.

Not sure which service you need? Start with a site walk-through.

Multi-panel video wall showing live dashboards above operator desks in a Boston operations room
One crew, one point of contact: displays, processors, cabling, audio and room control planned together instead of handed off between trades.

Eight services built around one display wall

Most Boston projects that start as “we need a video wall” turn out to involve more. The lobby wall needs a content player and a schedule. The operations wall needs redundant processors and a clean rack. The boardroom needs cameras and microphones that work with whatever the wall is showing. Splitting that across three or four vendors is where schedules slip and finger-pointing starts.

We handle the whole chain in-house. The same team that surveys a plaster-and-lath wall in Back Bay or a steel-stud partition in the Seaport also pulls the cable, programs the processor, sets up the control panel and comes back for service. That continuity matters in this city, where many managed buildings only allow after-hours work, freight elevator bookings and a certificate of insurance on file before anyone touches a wall.

Pick one service or combine several. Each section below explains what is included and links to a page with full detail.

Projector & Projection Screen Install

When an image needs to be larger than a practical display wall, projection still wins on cost per square foot. • Ceiling and truss projector mounts
  • Fixed and motorized screens
  • Short-throw and ultra-short-throw
  • Edge blending for wide images
  • Ambient-light screen selection
  • Replacement of aging projectors

Questions about our services

Can you work on equipment you didn’t install?

Yes. We regularly take over walls, conference rooms and signage put in by other companies. We start with an assessment visit, document what’s there and tell you what can be repaired, recalibrated or reused before recommending any replacement.

Do you work after hours in managed office buildings?

Most of our downtown and Seaport work happens after hours or on weekends. We handle freight elevator reservations, certificates of insurance and building engineer coordination so your floor stays usable during the day.

Do you supply the equipment or only install it?

Either. We can specify and supply displays, processors, mounts and AV gear, or install equipment you’ve already purchased. If you bring your own hardware, we’ll check it against the site before install day.

Do you handle residential or home theater projects?

No. Our focus is commercial, institutional and event work. For home theater and smart-home projects, we recommend a residential AV specialist.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Boston, plus Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, Waltham, Medford, Malden, Woburn and Braintree. Ask us about projects further out in Greater Boston.
